| Worship and Youth Director | Brad has always had a passion for youth ministry and seeing teens know and love Jesus with their lives. Graduating from Calvin College as a business major in 2003, Brad began his career in the banking industry, working first as a branch manager and then shifting into commercial lending. Brad began as the volunteer Youth Director at DCF in the fall of 2004, then left the banking world, coming on full-time staff as both Youth & Worship Director in July of 2007. Brad?s heart is to see students live for Jesus and use their lives to impact God?s Kingdom now, setting an example for both believers and non-believers. He challenges students not to waste their teen years on the temporary things of life but, rather, to experience the full joy that comes from knowing, loving and worshiping Jesus! Brad also has a passion for worshiping God through music and he loves working with the praise team at DCF to lead the congregation in worship each week. Brad has been married to his amazing wife Lisa for 5 years and they have two beautiful boys, Isaac (3 years old) and Andrew (18 months). Lisa works one day a week as a Rehabilitation Nurse at Providence Hospital and full time as mommy to Isaac and Andrew who enjoy wrestling with Daddy, playing any sport that uses a ball, and singing.
