Our 10 AM Worship Service

Like an oasis in the desert, our morning worship service is intended to be a time of spiritual refreshment and renewal.

As we experience a fresh encounter with God each week, we are filled up, challenged, and inspired.

We have designed our morning worship service to be...

Celebrative:

Worship times are positive, uplifting times where people can experience the joy of knowing and praising the Lord by singing, clapping, or lifting their hands.

Casual:

We have a relaxed atmosphere of acceptance. People are allowed to come as they are. Still the service itself is carefully planned, with a purposeful flow to it.

Clear:

Every element of the service is evaluated on the basis of its understand-ability to people who may not have been to church before.

Contemporary:

Music includes drums, guitars, and electronic keyboard. The language uses current idioms, illustrations, and stories. Song lyrics are projected onto a screen rather than sung from a book.

Creative:

We try to use new and fresh music and ideas every single week. There is a rich variety of ways that we worship the Lord: dramas, testimonies, videos, and film clips.

Christ-centered:

In every service, Jesus is lifted up and exalted. Calling people to give their lives in service to Him is the focal point of each message and praise time.

Nursery Care - Available on the lower lever

Attentive child-care is provided for infants and Toddlers ages 0 -3 during our 10 AM worship service. Our excellent nursery staff offers tender, safe, worry-free care to each of God’s precious children. Know that your child is in good hands and will be well cared for as you worship God in the auditorium upstairs.

Children's Worship

This Sunday morning ministry is designed for children 3 years old through kindergarten.

It is held during the morning worship service. Watch for the dismissal sign to pop-up on the screen after our time of worship and praise. At this time children may be brought to the back of the auditorium where they will find teachers ready to take them to their worship room, located in the room downstairs near the elevator.

During the rest of the adult worship service, these children will also be learning about God on their own level. Children’s Worship uses a multi-sensory approach to presenting Bible stories and worship. An order of worship is followed which includes singing, prayer time, a story presented with visuals, response time where children can work with the stories, or express themselves through art. Parents can pick up their children in the lobby outside the Worship Center at the end of the service.

Children’s Worship runs weekly September through May, with the exception of holidays. During the summer months an alternative program is used led by qualified parents.
