SERVING AT DCF

We desire to be joyful, faithful servants of God. He calls each of us to share the light and love of Christ with our neighbors and church family. Here are many ways you can use your gifts to serve.    

SERVING THE CHURCH

Greeters: welcome people with the kindness of Christ
Prayer Partners: pray with others after a Sunday service
Hospitality: help with dinners and potlucks
Coffee & Snack: serve fresh coffee on Sundays
Music & Praise Team: praise God with your singing or instrumental gifts during services
Tech Team: calling all audio / visual skills 
Design & Crafters: offer your design eye or DIY creativity 
Maintenance Team: help build and restore the grounds God blesses us to keep
Bible Study Leaders: help lead a small group bible study

SERVING KIDS 

Nursery Care: share God's love with our littles during Sunday service
God and Me: help the teaching team with the 3 -5 year olds during the Sunday service
Kid's Life: play and help teach the  1st - 5th grade children during the Sunday service
Vacation Bible School: volunteer to play with kids or run a program during our summer VBS 
All In Wednesdays: volunteer with any of our midweek ministries - help in our nursery, lead kids' activities, or mentor teens

ONGOING WAYS TO SERVE

Arab-American Friendship Center

Dearborn, MI 

Mentor kids, teach a class, or volunteer from home. Spread God's love to our neighbors. 

Community Assistance Program 

Detroit, MI 

Collect, donate, and deliver food and clothing to CAP, a nonprofit crisis center providing emergency assistance to individuals and families.
